I saw commandos Strikeforce somewhere and considered buying it is it a good game? Smile
Battlefield1942 is amazing especially the addon with the experimental weapons of WW2

Glest is really the only RTS I play. Though my favorite RPG is Final Fantasy IX, my favorite FPS (single player mode only) is probably CoD:MW or Bioshock (not sure which), and my favorite of the mixture (First Person RPG) is Oblivion Cheesy.

Actually, I forgot a game. The only RTS's I've played, largly because I do not know very many, are Age of Empires and Glest. AoE is very old, but it is still a masterful game!

Except I think I broke my version some how... All of the graphics are screwed up, with the water being purpleish, etc; Looks 8 bit too... Couldn't fix it through any settings or configuration, so it'll be time to reinstall soon.

The best RTS ever was Cossacks - Back to war.
It's such bad that cossacks II is such a big fail...

Warhammer 40K Series rocks, too

I tried spring (surrender! Cheesy) and liked it, too (complete annihilation) - but it does not make fun for long time cus gui is terrible and no music
