So I was working on some modding, decided to scratch some idea works, tried deleting certain factions and I tried deleting entire trees, I even tried deleting the actual techs folder.
I get this error like this
Header: Error deleting file or folder
Cannot delete techs: Access is denied
Make sure the disk is not full or write-protected and
that the file is not curently in use
I tried deleting the tech folder because my carthogians file won't delete because it says it won't work, and it won't let me perform a name change on the xml file and the folder file. They are different so I had to change them but can't
